General
Q1: Does everyone qualify for an account?
A: No. Each account login is granted after verification of information. Accounts must be in association with a flower shop and submit their floral shop code for verification.

Q2: Why can't I create an account automatically?
A: The activation process is a security measure. When you submit an account request, we will ask you to provide your personal information using the Request Account form. This is how we ensure that you, not others, are who you say you are. Each account request is handled individually.

Q3: Can I change my address, phone number and e-mail address online or any other contact information listed on my account?
A: Yes. Log in to the Members Area, access your account, and then click on [Edit Account]. Not registered for the Account Center? Register Now...

Q4: What if I have other questions about how to use my account?
A: To discuss your account, call us toll free at 1-866-400-4FSS (1-866-400-4377). You may also submit a comment using our Feedback form.

Q5: Can I request an additional username and password for the same flower shop?
A: Yes. However, each account has different download and upload options. One account may only have access to specific downloads while another account may only have upload access.

Q6: How can I request a password reset for my account?
A: Password reset request can be generated from the Forgot Password page.

Q7: How do I know my account login is ready to use?
A: You will receive an email when your account has been created. Accounts are created within 48 hours from the time of submission of information.

Q8: How do I know if my request has been refused?
A: Each account request is handled individually. Flower Shop Solutions LLC reserves the right to refuse any individual or business an account. If refused, you will receive an email with a reason for the refusal. Refusals are sent within 48 hours from the time of submission of information.

A: Yes. A list of current FSS Members is available on the FSS Members page.

Q10: If I don't have an account, may I still download or upload files?
A: No. Permission is only granted to accounts for this feature.

A: Yes. Enter N/A for the shop code.

Q12: How do I add a delivery area to your Preferred Directory?
- From the Main Menu, select File Maintenance by typing [1F].
- Select the Florist Directory Maintenance menu by typing [12].
- Select the Preferred Florist City Maintenance option by typing [2].
- Enter the city name. Press the [F1] function key to look up valid cities and states.
- Enter a [2] letter state abbreviation.
- Preferred Directory shops will appear on the left while Universal Directory shops will appear on the right.
- Enter either the item number, shop code, or telephone number to add a florist from the Universal Directory on the right to the Preferred Directory on the left.
- Press the [F5] function key to copy all Preferred shops listed in the selected city to another city in the same state.
Q13: How do I remove a delivery area from your Preferred Directory?
- From the Main Menu, select File Maintenance by typing [1F].
- Select the Florist Directory Maintenance menu by typing [12].
- Select the Preferred Florist City Maintenance option by typing [2].
- Enter the city name. Press the [F1] key to look up valid cities and states.
- Enter a [2] letter state abbreviation.
- Preferred Directory shops will appear on the left while Universal Directory shops will appear on the right.
- Type [DELETE] followed by the line number associated with the Preferred florist to be removed from the Preferred Directory.
- Press [ENTER] to delete the selected florist.
